My journey that brought me here today inspired me to become a fitness coach and educate other women like me. I am a Mum to two beautiful children, and I managed to lose over 25 kgs after they were born (check out my

about how I did it!)I am doctorate in molecular biology and a qualified fitness and nutrition coach with over 10 years experience in helping busy and high – achieving women build healthier, fitter and stronger body and mindset. My analytical skills helps bring you the most updated, efficient and results driven exercise and nutrition programs.
A sustainable healthy body comes from working on 3 key areas to achieve health and fitness goals. They are Exercise, Mindset and Nutrition.
Making changes and sustaining those changes can be challenging and uncomfortable for us and for those around us. As a Mum we tended to put ourselves last and feel guilty about taking time to look after us. I believe that fighting the short term inconvenience for the long term benefit is totally worth it!
The kids won’t remember a messy house but they will remember a healthy active Mum who plays with them and can keep up with them.
I have been doing this form of personal training in person (studio) and online, since 2013. My unique perspective, training and experience as well as my life experiences means I understand the unique & cultural diversity and I am able to help YOU become “The Best Version of You”!
